It was moist and savory, but baked just enough to enjoy the crunch first. It is massive and could be a meal itself, or you could split it up with friends, but you won't want too.
It has to be the best thing on the menu, and if you order nothing else, this would be the thing to get. I am gonna put the best part up front here - The Oven Baked Crab Cake was absolutely the best crab cake I've ever had. It offers a decent selection of creole and seafood staples and it does it above average. I don't think I'm telling any secrets when I say this is a Louisiana Seafood restaurant in Arizona.
